TONIES FUND

After 27 years of marriage, I lost my wife, Tonie, to Breast Cancer in February 2023. As a first responder, I have been involved with countless successful rescues. Unfortunately, this was one rescue I could not make. In the Fire Service, we have a tradition of calling out the names of all our members who have passed each year on Memorial Day. If the name is spoken, it cannot be forgotten. So, to prevent anyone from forgetting about Tonie, I created Tonie’s Fund. A 501(c)(3) organization that raises money for Early Detection Breast Cancer Awareness and scholarships for students looking to join the “Fight” and further their education. Tonie loved music, and I listen to her playlists every day. Kelly’s songs appeared several times on the list. So, it was only fitting to hold a concert to raise funding to fight for a cure. Tonie’s Fund will host a small concert with local bands on March 10th, 2024, in Berlin, Connecticut. We are looking for Silent Auction Items to make this a memorable evening. It can be as simple as a signed autograph or anything you feel could assist us in raising money for these worthy causes. Please help us “Fight for a Cure” and begin a new tradition where Tonie will be remembered. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.
