Our mission is to support local businesses and programs that foster business growth and entrepreneurship through educational initiatives, training scholarships, and grants. We recognize the profound effect that local businesses and skilled tradespeople have on our community's development. However, we also see the challenges that individuals face when pursuing careers in the mechanical, building & service trades. As the cost of education, licensing, tools, and essential training continues to rise, many aspiring tradespeople are finding it increasingly difficult to break into these industries. Our foundation has taken a bold step to address this issue by launching a program that offers grants to individuals aspiring to enter skilled trade careers. These scholarship grants will provide crucial financial support for education, licensing, tools, and specialized training, including marketing and bookkeeping skills. By investing in these individuals, we believe we can empower them to create successful and sustainable careers, while also bolstering our local economy.
