ARC’s mission to empowering women of every race, ethnicity, ability, socioeconomic status, culture, and body type through access to health and wellness. By providing women with comprehensive run coaching, physical therapy, mentorship, and mindfulness training for 8 weeks, ARC’s goal is to give women an opportunity to get outside, be a part of the running community and enjoy the numerous mental and physical benefits of running.
