Boricuas de Corazón Inc. is a community-based, bilingual organization dedicated to providing disaster preparedness, emergency response, and humanitarian assistance to communities in the United States and internationally. We train and equip civilians and volunteers through Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) programs to strengthen local response capacity during hurricanes and other disasters.
