Preston’s League is a nonprofit organization that supports pediatric patients and their families on the Duke Pediatric Transplant and Cellular Therapy Inpatient Unit. We serve children and young adults ages infancy–25, many of whom are hospitalized for over 60 days and are significantly immunocompromised due to conditions such as cancer, sickle cell disease, and other autoimmune disorders. These patients endure long, isolating hospital stays, and Preston’s League works to uplift their spirits and ease their journeys through a personalized weekly wish list program.
