Mission Statement
The mission of Rochester Parks Foundation (RPF) is to support a thriving system of parks, trails, and facilities for all Rochester residents and visitors. RPF is 100% donor-supported and is currently an all-volunteer organization with a "working board" and no paid staff. Although RPF was formed in 2018, it was not until late in 2022 that we were incorporated in MN and registered as a charitable organization.
