The objectives of the program are: To develop the skills, instill a passion, and provide the exposure to understand and solve complex community issues through collaboration and partnership. To provide an opportunity for under the radar young women to work alongside community and business leaders as mentors. To create and learn the importance of an expanded network of peers, mentors, and community leaders, which may be leveraged for many years. To learn how to be the difference by making a difference.
