NORTHWEST ADVOCACY FOUNDATION

Northwest Advocacy is a nonprofit (501(c)(3)) legal services provider based in Seattle, Washington. We provide quality, affordable, legal assistance to low- and moderate-income individuals throughout King County, Washington. Specifically, we offer services in the areas of protection orders and family law, with an emphasis on cases involving domestic violence, sexual assault, harassment, and child abuse. As a fully remote office, we are able to meet with clients (via video) where they are most comfortable. In an effort to make justice accessible for all, we offer our services on a sliding scale, based on household size and income. We offer full representation for protection order matters, and we offer limited representation and pro se assistance for family law litigants who are looking for advice and assistance with certain aspects of their case, but not full representation. We believe that there are many different ways to provide quality services to clients, and we are committed to ensuring that litigants have the support that they need. Our mission is to bridge the justice gap by helping underserved populations access our legal system.
