VCCDC’s mission is “to strengthen and sustain vibrant communities by empowering individuals and families to build wealth through education and homeownership with a focus on serving low-to- moderate income residents”. We believe that education and homeownership are the cornerstones to economic security, and therefore vital to the elimination of poverty in America. VCCDC recognizes that it cannot accomplish its goals independently of the community in which it serves, and so engages organizations and its program participants through evaluation, outreach, and collaborative partnerships.
