The mission of AACAAS since 1948 is and has been to promote a high standard of professional development among its members, to provide a single voice that conveys issues of concern that affect Alabama Agricultural Extension Agents and Specialist, to advance the basic importance and position of Alabama agriculture and other resources in our state economy, and to assist in furthering of the ways and means of improving the effectiveness of cooperative Extension work.
