In pursuit of this goal, the program focuses on athletic conditioning and training combined with technical precision to achieve maximum performance and speed. OARS promotes the values of character, integrity, personal growth, and discipline as well as a healthy competitive spirit that encourages student athletes to succeed both individually and as a team.
