The Central Florida Fair is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, Florida Corporation, whose mission is to preserve and enhance the agricultural and historical legacy of Central Florida. Furthermore, the Central Florida Fair strives to educate, promote and showcase community events and arts as well as the accomplishments of the area in agriculture, education, science and industry by portraying the resources of Orange, Seminole, Brevard, Lake, Osceola and Volusia County; collectively “Central Florida.”
