Mission Statement
Our mission is to reduce the pet over-population in Central New York by providing low-cost spay &neuter services for pets that belong to low-income persons, strays, shelter animals & feral cats. This will be accomplished by: *Performing high quality sterilization surgeries for dogs & cats to prevent homeless animals from being born *Educating the public about dog & cat over-population, sterilization & responsible animal ownership *Providing exemplary services that are low-cost for financially disadvantaged families by caring, friendly & professional staff.
