Mission Statement
Stop the Suffering exists for the sole purpose of rescuing dogs and cats from high-kill rural shelters throughout rural Ohio and transporting them to safe environments where they can be evaluated and matched with their forever family. We raise funds to provide veterinary care, transportation, and food for rescued animals, and also work to provide instruction and resources to promote responsible pet ownership in the community.
