APPEAL OF CONSCIENCE FOUNDATION

Since its founding in 1965, the Appeal of Conscience Foundation has worked on behalf of religious freedom and human rights throughout the world. This ecumenical coalition of business and religious leaders promotes mutual understanding, tolerance and pluralism in newly emerging democracies and provides a voice of conscience to protect minorities at a time of increasing ethnic conflict in many regions in the world. To uphold the principle of "live and let live" is the Appeal of Conscience Foundation's continuing goal. The Foundation believes that freedom, democracy and human rights are the fundamental values that give nations of the world their best hope for peace, security and shared prosperity.
