TSINGHUA EDUCATION FOUNDATION N A INC

Tsinghua Education Foundation ( North America ) Inc., registered as a nonprofit corporation in the State of Delaware of the United States in December, 1997, was granted the federal income tax exemption by the Internal Revenue Service of the United States in April, 1998. As a link between Tsinghua University and various circles of the United States as well as a window through which the university exposes itself to North America, TEFNA has been devoted to facilitating exchanges between China and the united states in science, culture and education. The organization has sponsored many students, professors and researchers as well as other professionals to come to the US or go to China for wide-range programs of both natural sciences and social sciences. It has also supported the activities of regional alumni groups from community services to cultural exchanges over the years.
