Mission Statement
One Dog at a Time ODAAT is a 501(3)(c) organization dedicated to legally assisting animals in need by working in tandem and cooperatively with Dog Wardens, Humane Officers, Local Police, and the State Police; building relationships and solutions with all. ODAAT realizes the problems of neglected and abused animals in Pennsylvania do not have immediate solutions and until state cruelty laws are amended or changed, this group of volunteers will work within the constraints of the Pennsylvania.
