YOUNG LEADERS PROGRAM

The Young Leaders Program is 501c(3) non profit organization that was founded June 26,2014. The Young Leaders Program caters to needs of the East Cleveland youth and community by providing essential resources. They assist the needs of the community by hosting clothing and food drives to feed and cloth struggling low income families, and job fairs to increase community employment rate. They have an after school mentorship program at the Collinwood Recreation that teaches 6-12th graders life and leadership skills giving them guidance to be role models in their community. The Young Leaders Program has been working with the community for 6 years and have formed relationships with the residents and have become a trusted dependable organization that assists them with their needs. Their program provide skills such as personal development, critical thinking, problem solving, and community engagement. The Young Leaders Program's mission is to inspire a positive culture within the community through service and a contemporary approach.
