Mission Statement
The Jr El Tour program gives underprivileged children ages 10-12 the opportunity to take a big first step in the right direction through cycling. Focusing on children struggling with issues such as obesity, inactivity, low self-esteem, financial hardship, and learning differences; the program teaches teamwork, instills a strong work ethic, and brings out the best in each child that goes through it.
