Nebraska Grain & Feed Association
Mission Statement
The objects and purpose of this association are to organize and maintain a trade association formed to promote the common business interests of the grain and feed industry, but not to engage in a regular business of the kind ordinarily carried on for a profit, to seek and obtain improvement of business conditions in the grain and feed trade, inculcate principles of justice and equity in the grain and feed trade, to acquire and disseminate information to facilitate the proper conduct of business in the grain and feed trade; to promote the general welfare of the association and its members; and to engage in all other related activities permitted by the laws of the Sate of Nebraska and not prohibited by Section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1964 (or the corresponding provision of any future United States Internal Revenue Law). This association is not organized and shall not be operated for profit, and no part of the net earnings shall inure to the benefit of any member, director, or officer.
