Mission Statement

Mission: Founded in 2014, the Rod Lemon Foundation (RLF) was established to help at-risk kids in urban and low-income communities. Our goal is to inspire kids to recognize their potential and realize their dreams, despite their social standings, economic challenges, and community barriers. With this as our foundation, RLF has evolved over the years to extend that same passion for inspiration to encompass other areas of our community which include Grandparents and the Homeliness population. Today, RLF also focuses on providing essential support to veterans, addressing homelessness mental health and wellness challenges, veteran benefits within the veteran community, and offers comprehensive wrap-around services to uplift and empower those in need. We are dedicated to developing and supporting the development of affordable housing solutions, enabling individuals and families to thrive and contribute positively to our community.
