NORTH SHORE BASEBALL ACADEMY INC

North Shore Whitecaps Baseball organization is a non-profit youth baseball program offering greater Milwaukee’s youth an opportunity to learn the fundamentals of baseball and the game. We develop youth baseball players ages 8-14 by engaging previous college-level or professional baseball players to coach the youth players on the mechanics of the game, but most importantly, the attitude and character needed to develop true athletes. The coaches instill respect for players’ selves, teammates, coaches, opponent, umpires, parents and fans. They emphasize hard work and effort as the pathway for improving the players’ skills. Our goal is to teach the kids to respond to failure, be humble with success. When we teach the value of sport, develop the player's character, we help create members of teams that are our building blocks to great communities.
