Mission Statement
The Lancaster SPCA is a 501c3 nonprofit dedicated to saving unwanted dogs, puppies and cats in the Lancaster County area. We take in owner surrendered animals, shelter animals, and abandoned and neglected animals. Once rescued, we ensure each receives the best possible veterinary care, then focus on getting those animals temporarily fostered until adopted into a forever home.
