SOCIETY FOR INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

This Chapter shall be known as the Society for Information Management (“Society” or “SIM”) Las Vegas Chapter (“Chapter”). This Chapter is organized for Information Technology (IT) executives, leaders, selected consultants and IT decision makers, to come together to: 1. Foster the development of information systems for the improvement of management performance, leadership, and executive policy. 2. Assist in identifying the educational needs of the community and work with our academic institutions to implement programs to meet those needs. 3. Encourage a technically competent business environment and assist in influencing industry to locate in Southern Nevada. 4. Leverage the reach of the SIM Community.
