The mission of the African American Day Parade Breakfast is to honor, celebrate and uplift the achievements, leadership, culture, and contributions of African American. The African American Day Parade Breakfast was founded in 2000. The Founders Former Assemblyman Keith LT. Wright and Former New York City Comptroller William (Bill) Thompson dedicated that they wanted to celebrate the big win that The Harlem little League won the world series.
