EARLY ON MICHIGAN FOUNDATION
Mission Statement
Early On Michigan's mission is to help families and caregivers support the learning and development of eligible children through everyday learning opportunities. Early On focuses on early identification and referral to help infants and toddlers with disabilities develop and minimize potential delays. The program recognizes the significant brain development that occurs in a child's first three years of life. In Michigan, Early On is available for families with children from birth to age three who have a diagnosed delay of 20% or more. Eligible delays include speech and language delays, or being deaf or hard of hearing.
