To support municipal animal shelters in transitioning Los Angeles into a no-kill City To provide support and problem solving to Los Angeles area pet owners in order to minimize the number of pets relinquished to shelters To rescue abused, abandoned and unwanted animals and adopt them into loving permanent homes; to provide support to other animal rescue/ advocacy organizations in their efforts to save homeless animals
