Mission Statement
The mission of the Missouri Community Betterment Educational Fund, Inc., established in 1963, is to "Help Communities Help Themselves". We believe the leadership/technical assistance provided through MCB can result in stronger community leadership which leads to a better quality of life for citizens living in MCB communities. The purpose of MCB is to provide an opportunity for communities to learn from each other while working to improve their quality of life through community development, planning and implementation.
