Mission Statement
The Combined Locks Advancement Association is dedicated to helping the youth of the fox cities and improving the community as a whole. We are a group of dedicated volunteers that donate their time and money to improving the recreation programs in the Combined Locks area. We feel our greatest asset is our youth and any support we can give them to succeed in life is worth any amount of time or money.
