MICHIGAN ANIMAL RESCUE LEAGUE
Mission Statement
The Michigan Animal Rescue League (MARL) is a private, nonprofit animal shelter serving Oakland County and beyond since 1953. It is MARL’s mission to provide the highest quality of life to dogs and cats through rescue, medical care, short and long terms sanctuary, adoption and community outreach. MARL also serves Oakland County with an extensive community outreach program designed to assist low income households with pets. MARL believes that every animal deserves the highest quality of life. Each and every animal that comes through our door is given unconditional love and regard in the form of physical care, socialization and the day to day joys that an animal would receive in a home.
