Mission Statement

It is the mission of the Village of Oblong Police to Assist, Serve and Protect All Citizens of the Village. Inclusive in this mission, is that these Three (3) Specific items not only pertain to Residents, but to Visitors and Business Operators. The Village of Oblong Police must perform these duties in a Caring and Professional manner. Which not only involves the Collection of Facts, Evidence, and the acquiring of Medical Attention for the Injured, but the correct completion of reports in clear, concise, and accurate fashion.
