Mission Statement

When a youth’s life is changed, it brings hope and stability to the whole community. 1) Micah House provides a safe place for at-risk youth after school, 2) works with families to positively influence the surrounding neighborhoods, and 3) supports the public-school teachers` efforts by helping students with daily assignments and literacy. Micah House also addresses the social, emotional, and spiritual needs of these youth ages 6-17 from low-income, high-crime areas of north Redlands. For nearly two decades, this after-school outreach has been a stable presence in vulnerable neighborhoods and makes a difference in the next generation every day.
