Mission Statement

The organization is created in response to several conditions among urban youth that the founder and initial board of directors believe are sources of social decay that limit the life potential of these persons. This includes violence, drug abuse, gang involvement, school truancy and drop out, and related issues. These programs are designed to be relatable to the youngsters that it targets. Our services are also carried out in the areas where these youngsters live and gather regularly. The strength of the programs shall be their authenticity. The programs will not be implemented or conducted by people unfamiliar with the mindset and value system of the youth in these troubled communities. We have developed programs that are delivered by persons that have experience with at-risk youth and in many cases were once at-risk youths at earlier stages in their lives. We service adolescents and young adults aged 8 to 17
