Mission Statement
Strain for the Brain (SFTB) is a Milwaukee-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization raising funding for brain cancer research, patient support, and education. Brain cancer is a devastating disease that affects 80,000 people and their families each year in the USA. Over the years, SFTB has donated over $625,000 dollars to Froedtert & Medical College of Wisconsin Cancer Center. The funds raised directly contribute to advancements in research, medical treatments, and support programs for individuals and families impacted by this life-changing condition. Our organization is hosting our 15th annual Strain for the Brain 5k Run/Walk on June 1st at the Harley - Davidson Museum.
