Mission Statement
Our mission is to support lung transplant patients, patient caregivers, and the medical professionals who care for them. We inform and educate patients on resources available beyond their personal medical insurance coverage including but not limited to housing, medical and financial assistance Our goal is to provide new patients with a community of fellow transplant recipients who understand their journey and can assist by sharing and encouraging in a positive and supportive manner. Our objectives include: Partnering with the transplant medical community to enhance patient wellness Educating and informing the public about lung transplantation and donor awareness Helping provide patient critical care equipment Providing housing, medical and financial assistance and resources
