Mission Statement

Austin Performance is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to empowering young women through the sport of volleyball. We strive to create opportunities for talented athletes to reach their full potential by providing financial assistance through our scholarship program, ensuring that no player is limited by economic barriers. We are dedicated to serving young women of all ethnicities, races, and backgrounds between the ages of 7 and 18. We believe that every athlete deserves the opportunity to grow in skill, confidence, and leadership, regardless of financial circumstance. Our programs welcome athletes from all income levels, but we recognize that the cost of competitive sports can be a barrier for many families. That’s why our scholarship program exists—to ensure that financial need never stands in the way of a young woman’s chance to participate, develop, and thrive. Through this initiative, we not only open doors for individual athletes, but also strengthen our community by fostering diversity, inclusivity, and equal opportunity across our teams. Every scholarship awarded represents more than just financial support—it is an investment in potential, character, and the future of the sport. The AP scholarship Foundation is important because it removes financial barriers that often prevent young women from accessing opportunities to grow through competitive volleyball. By providing scholarships, we ensure that talent, dedication, and passion—not financial circumstance—determine a young woman’s ability to participate. Beyond the sport itself, the program builds confidence, leadership, teamwork, and resilience—skills that last a lifetime. Each scholarship directly impacts not only an athlete, but also her family, her teammates, and the broader community.
