Mission Statement
John Muir Association of Parents (JMAP) was created in 2008 as a 501 c3 non-profit to provide financial and volunteer support to John Muir Language Academy. Funds raised through JMAP support entrance fees and buses for field trips, extra hours for our Librarian, specialty programs that promote health like Running Club, contributions to teacher and classroom wish lists for supplies, cultural community programs, and enrichment programs. John Muir Language Academy is a Spanish-immersion school educating students from UTK through 8th Grade.
