Mission Statement
Forgotten Friends of Long Island is a volunteer-run 501(c)(3) animal rescue dedicated to ending the suffering of homeless, abandoned, and neglected companion animals. Through rescue, adoption, community education, and advocacy for responsible pet ownership and spay/neuter initiatives, we strive to break the cycle of overpopulation, neglect, and abuse while treating every animal with compassion, dignity, and care.
