Mission Statement
DLSI is a statewide nonprofit that provides educational advocacy and legal representation to families of children with disabilities. Nearly all clients live at or below federal poverty levels. When faced with concerns over special education services, parents, foster parents and other caregivers often feel overwhelmed and have few places to turn for assistance. DLSI fills this void.
