JUNIOR LEAGUE OF CENTRAL WESTCHESTER INC
Mission Statement
The Junior League of Central Westchester (JLCW) is a nonprofit women’s organization committed to promoting volunteerism, developing the potential of women and improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. The JLCW engages in an annual process of exploring the issues facing its local service area of Eastchester, Greenburgh, Scarsdale and White Plains. The JLCW then designs projects to address the identified issues, and provide funding and volunteers for these projects. Many of these programs are designed and implemented in cooperation with its community partners. Information about the JLCW’s initiatives and community projects is available on its website at www.jlcentralwestchester.org.
